Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging R.D.A. INTERIOR CONTRACTORS, INC. for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in professional drywall installation, interior construction, and building finishing services. All services are subject to written estimates and formal contracts.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Free estimates are approximations based on initial project assessment
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements
  • Written contracts will specify all costs and payment terms
  • Additional work requested during project may incur extra charges

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit required to commence work (typically 30-50% of project cost)
  • Progress payments may be required for large projects
  • Final payment due upon project completion
  • Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month

5. Project Timeline

Project schedules are estimates and subject to change due to:

  • Material availability and delivery delays
  • Weather conditions affecting work
  • Unforeseen structural issues discovered during work
  • Changes in project scope

6. Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or installation
  • Structural issues caused by our work

Warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Improper maintenance or modifications by others
  • Natural disasters or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing structural or electrical issues
  • Damage caused by other contractors or third parties
  • Consequential or incidental damages

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of estimate: no charge
  • Cancellation after contract signing: deposit may be forfeited
  • Cancellation during project: payment for completed work plus 20% of remaining contract

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Marion County, Florida courts under Florida state law.
